By using Hmocestry at hmocestry.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Hmocestry lets you build family whiteboards, add relatives, upload photos, and invite others to claim profiles. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure
• Only add information and photos you have the right to share
• Do not harass others, abuse invites, or attempt to break or overload the service
• Comply with applicable laws when using Hmocestry

Content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Hmocestry a license to host, store, display, and process that content as needed to run the product for you and people you connect in your trees.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, abuse, or security issues.

Disclaimer

Hmocestry is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Genealogy and family data may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hmocestry and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The date at the top will change when we revise this page.
